Something like 6 months ago, i decided that i was working too hard to give my money to people such as H&M who got far too rich by "employing" far too poor people. I am already quite good at knitting jumpers, scarfs and hats, as well as sewing squirts and dresses but i still have a lot to learn!

We are drawing, writing stories, and creating puppet plays on iPads at the moment. I am imagining sea creature inspired prints that we could use in a seaweed dance we are creating together. . . ooooooo. . . . very exciting just thinking about it! Thank you!

I would love to make vintage style aprons for my girlfriends. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful giveaway.
What wouldn't I make with my own digital print? First I would love researching the history of an era of textile print, and then I would use my research to design an original pattern that could fall into an 1800's time period. I'm not sure which decade I would pick yet, but 1820, 1860, and 1890 are probably the frontrunners. Then I would select an intriguing dress pattern from that time and make my fabric into a historical costume that is detailed to look exquisite and original. It would be sew exciting! (I couldn't resist the pun… 🙂

I want to make stardust for my new baby girl.

However, i would embellish that quilt and the fabric with some of the new embroidery techniques that I am currently studying/learning. Oh, to one day have time to learn to knit. So many wonderful crafts, so little time to do them all in….
Great giveaway! I think that if I was to design a print, I would use it to make quirky bedding for babies. I find baby linen to often be uninspired and exuberantly expensive.
